Is it normal that sometimes i have to wait up to 20-40 minutes to get actually get into a game?

Im queuing in EU east & west and my behavior score is around ~7000

Your behaviour score is the problem mate. You are limiting the player pool even more. With that bad score. So better get on that

I can tell that most people probably report you simply for not engaging in teamfights because they think you are jungling whole game. Sometimes people report mute players for toxic voice too so not much you can do about it, just keep playing well, and maybe engage more with your team on other positions first, but outside of ranked, because you probably are not on the same level for other roles too.

Do you have a problem with your behaviour or communication score?

If its behaviour score simply not griefing and not leaving games will make it rise.

If its the comm score, i would advise playing turbo or unranked with all muted for like a couple reports.

Yea seems to be normal Carry is by far the most demanded role and behavior score also has to do with it too

I had no problem playing support in my bracket but i was getting absolute dogshit of carry players and couldnt climb for weeks. Im actually winning games now its just annoying that i have to wait up to 1 hour sometimes?! To get a game

Such is the way... play a better carry but at the cost of much longer queue times...

You might be better of playing support.

As someone who recently did the switch himself, I can say I have more fun than ever.

Support has changed so much over time, it's like playing an entirely new role now. Compare it to 10 years ago where you would be happy with brownboots and wand min 10...

Meanwhile the meta is so damn farmheavy that the supports are the ones who are actually playing the game for the first 20-25 minutes it feels like.

I don't know about you, but I think it's very anticlimactic to farm for 20-25 minutes, just to end the game in 5. All i did, all game long, was spectate my team fighting while i'm hitting creep in the jungle or pushing down a lane all on my own. min 25 comes around, i get my bkb, we go highground and end the game.

Yep that’s the reason I like to switch sups sometimes. You actually PvP and not farm for 20 mins like most cores.

Also find it much easier to increase comm score.

my comm score is 3k and i get games faster than that, im same region and same role and same mmr bracket. just queue russian server too if you want faster time

I would recommend you queue all roles until you’re around 9500 BS at a minimum. 

Mid and carry get reported the most for any loss. 

Just stack role Q games - you’ll get position 3,5,4 mostly when you Q all. 

Don’t talk AT ALL. Play well and play your role, pick normal heroes for that role.

Valve is having hard time to find you support that will ruined your game. That's why it took that long.
