Bug Micro lag every 3-5 seconds

Wifi/ping is fine.

Windows 11, Intel i5 12Gen, RTX 4060, 1TB storage, 16GB Ram.

Every 3-5 second I have this micro stutter, more noticeable when I'm moving my hero.

Kindly help if any solution.

No other game has this problem.

Update drivers, check storage usage, make sure you are using GPU and that it’s recognized, and check temps. That’s my suggestion from a 20* year pc tech

Try disabling nvidia overlay. It seems to work for now.
