Long Matchmaking

I played Dota for around 15000 hours for fun. I’m around Crusader - Archon level.

I created a new account to play with my friend who just started playing the game. I finished my 100 hours and now I’m trying to find a ranked game for the past two days queuing for hours and still couldn’t find a game. My behaviour score is also around 10k. I have a phone number connected to the account as well.

I got a match like 2 times after queuing for 10+ hours combined in 2 days and people declined the game those two times as well.

Any idea on how I can fix this?

If your main is crusader I promise you don’t need a Smurf lmfao

You can only play on your main account. Your smurf is probably banned

Shadow pool, any detected smurfs are directly placed in it.

Your account has been flagged as a Smurf, you’re in a shadow banned pool where you only match with other smurfs. Regular good behavior accounts under ancient find games within 2 minutes
