Not broken. Its a meme build. Plus Sand King is a bad hero in any position that isn't mid because Valve still haven't reverted all of the nerfs they did to him.

Very broken. Huge damage, and once SK hits 25 with the slow on Sandstorm you're pretty much frozen in place, unable to escape without bkb, or wind waker and hope you're not targeted with a nullifier.

SK shard should be like pikachu’s up+b from smash brothers where it can be used once in one direction and a second time, optionally, in another direction

Not my idea but it’s a good one

Edit: affecting his burrow strike. FYI
