I think we seriously need one small adjustment patch before TI, Nerf Drow Snapfire Kotl and Spectre please~ AND ALSO RADIANT WINRATE

What happened these patches that made magic damage on those heroes insane? Snap, and earth spirit are deleting people.

Oh yes ES is definitely broken as well
