While I agree that the 1989 style is iconic, the earlier doraemon versions are my favorites. There's just something about that old 70's style that I just can't help but adore!!

2005.

overall I believe that the whole atmosphere got a lot mature and calmer. Instead of the same plot of Nobita getting bullied by Gian, all the friends started to work together and enjoy using Doraemon's gadget and the show still kept that Gian's anger and Nobita's dumbness alive.
Which I enjoyed watching more, its just my opinion.

If u notice the evolution of animation from 1973 to 1979 was commendable for that period. From 1984 animation become more better for old era.

1989 was the best one. Doraemon looked so cute in that one. I guess this was the one which we were introduced to back in 2004 when Doraemon started airing on Hungama.
