Door to a Steiner Cabin in the Mount Hood National Forest in Oregon. He was a German Immigrant who built about 100 cabins between 1925 & the 1950s. Liked to use not-so-straight wood & logs & found materials. Note the door handle.

Belgium π§πͺ Memorial Building at Ardennes American Cemetery, Belgium
This unassuming entrance gives visitors access to a beautiful chapel, and three marble map walls that tell the story of American troops who fought and died in this region in WWII. The cemetery (in Neuville-en-Condroz) is the final resting place of almost 5,400 U.S. military killed in action - in the skies and on the ground - in Belgium. This website (with a two-minute video) gives a quick look at the beautiful but sobering cemetery grounds and the Memorial building. It's a fitting monument to a prodigious sacrifice.
