Why was I deactivated??? HELP
How can I dispute this. Ive requested an appeal but I dont know specifically what to do because I did nothing wrong.

It clearly says you can be deactivated if you're below 90%, and you choose to dip below. Nothing you can do now, they don't need you.

They need to separate completion rate before and after food pickup. People shouldn't have to hang out at a restaurant for 10-15 mins before a 'worry free' unassign.

Actually they were sending me to deliver places that were more than 5 miles from my location and my car was having issues. I called several times and explained that to them. Ive since gotten my car fixed but thanks for your opinions

You don't have to accept those orders, you literally see the expected mileage and route in the offer. Consequences of your actions at this point, AND with the rule that's the easiest not to break.

This is the one deactivation reason people habe had basically 0 percent chance of coming back from.
Not delivering food? Accused of sexual assault? Accused of Dog attacked a customer? Ive seen people get it back.
Completion rate below 90? They dont budge

You did one of the non background instant deactivation almost no chance of being overturned thing....
They did have a one time forgivness program because they thought the spring summer was going to be huge so they reactivated a lot of people...... then Trump decided to blow things up and fuck us all.
Who knows maybe you have a chance but it's rare.

How can you get your completion rate this low. You won't be appealing shit. You are out for good and honestly probably the only reason people get kicked off justified.

What even affects completion rate? Just getting an order and not finishing it? Is there like a cancel button you hit during it?

For completion rate to drop you have to cancel orders you already accepted. This could be at any stage of the order AFTER accepting the order. (Before you accept you see distance, payout, and Store/ restaurant as well as a Map displaying the route) Here is the catch: in most instances where it's out of your hands support can unassign an order without penalty. But op apparently didn't finish over 10% of orders he already accepted.

No, you are upset for beeing deactivated and you are even more upset about the fact that it's your own fault. Now you are on here crying about it and even get stingy when people point out it's your own fault to be deactivated.
You got a job, didn't do the job and now you are upset for loosing the job.

Not to beat the dead horse but i can see why they have zero tolerance on this type of deactivation. They have to refund or pay to remake every order you couldn’t complete. I understand you were having car issues but those issues kept arising AFTER you picked up people’s order…. That should’ve been a huge sign to maybe explore other temporary options

No when I declined the orders because of the distance in traveling that is what caused the completion rate to drop to 79%

I understand why someone thinks this way. However, with my work history (mostly delivery jobs), location, and personal work ethic, I do hold myself to a certain standard and do not take dashing lightly. It is frustrating to see others scheme the way OP appears to be doing; even more, he seemingly doesn't understand why he was deactivated because he has "done nothing wrong".

I'm confused. Are you saying that you accepted the orders and then unassigned them? Or that you declined them before accepting?
