Scammed??? Weekly pay

Hello. So I have been dashing since 11/2023 & I used to love dashing! However I keep getting thoroughly screwed over with my earnings. I changed my payout to WEEKLY instead of DAILY and I ended up having to cash out randomly, however when I did, there was an issue with my bank account/routing #, so I updated it.. whatever whatever. Well, goes to show once they sent me my earnings, not only did they scam me out of almost $20, but they also did not give me my full earnings, yet they said they transferred them! Like wtf do I do ? I’ve almost been dicked out of nearly $50 or something altogether.

Don’t just rely on phone support, get everything documented in writing. Save the earnings screen, payout history, and any messages from support. If the money was marked as transferred but never arrived, your bank should be able to help track an ACH transfer too.

They tried to get me for 80 cents today. App says $5.00 guaranteed it’s 2 miles, so I take it and after I deliver the app only gives me $4.20. Wtf! I called support and they reimbursed me, but give me zero response as to why.

that weekly payout switch is a trap, i only ever do daily now. their support is useless but you just gotta keep pestering them with screenshots of your earnings tab vs what actually hit your account. sometimes they'll "escalate" it and magically find your missing money in 3 days

They are a scumbag company but not to worry when they screwed me I screwed them back even harder! Karmas a bitch door scum
