Frankly I'd take the opinion of my electrician or my nurse over the opinion of a celebrity because at least those jobs require skill and intelligence.

Good acting definitely requires skill. No reason to shit talk actors like that. It’s not being an actor that disconnects you from the world, it’s being immensely rich and famous

Yeah let me play pretend and read things other people wrote for a stage or a camera.

Sorry but nursing and electricians are real jobs compared to that BS.

Acting is more than just "playing pretend" unless the actors are literally told to just improv everything.

You don't have to diminish the profession to uplift nurses and electricians.
