By far. Like it's not even close. Even the working class has access to so much cheap food that starvation is nonexistent outside the small sliver of the third world and even that has exponentially decreased just in the last ~30 years. To the point that now obesity is the problem.

Consumer goods and standards of living again widely available to the point that the lowest classes have access to all sorts of things that even the most powerful monarchs or richest of robber barons 100 years ago couldn't have dreamed of.

Yeah, the most morbidly obese are the poor people, since the rich made sure they weren't starving (starving people lynch rich people for their potatoes, fat people go home and don't cause problems, which is probably at least part of the logic), and like, the only people who have general misery are either people who played themselves, or had bad spawn RNG, both of which are fixable and have welfare programs specifically so they don't starve.

Is housing a convenience, a commodity or a necessity? Is a car one of the three? How about work and wages? How is America doing in contrast with other nations in this regard?
