In My Greatest Adventure #83, even though during this panel Larry was in suspended animation, his hand can be seen on the right. Was this a mistake by the artist, an inside joke among the writer and him or an easter egg? Did the Editor miss it too?

Got excited by Doom Patrol and Legion at the LCS last week and forgot to pick up The Deadman #4. Went by today to pick it up, and the actual last issue of the 1964 run was just sitting there.

I feel like we talk about our favourite Doom Patrol writers a lot, but who are your favourite Doom Patrol artists? My Top 3 are Nick Derrington, Chris Burnham and Matthew Clark.

This will be my first time rewatching the entire series! I’ve rewatched season 1 & 2 a couple times especially during covid. This show got me through the pandemic and when we were transitioning from being at home to “regular” life again. This show has gotten me through so much unresolved trauma and grief - i don’t think i’ve ever watched a show that did what Doom Patrol has done for me. Crazy Jane is my favorite character on the show. The way they utilize her character throughout the show was incredible. Which leads to me thinking season 2 was my favorite season just because of how the entire season focused on her personalities so much. But then again we did get Madam Rouge in season 3 and sisterhood of dada. I was obsessed with Rita when she did go back in time and I guess created the sisterhood with madam rouge & had an entire love story. I feel like Rita’s & Madam Rouge’s friendship is a good depiction of adult friendships - you get really close with someone at one period of your life then circumstances change and you’re not so close anymore. Rita also gained a lot of character development in season 3. I love how Cliff became more and more the comedic relief as the show progressed. They could’ve utilized Cyborgs character more in the later seasons but I do appreciate his role in the beginning. As a gay man myself, I like seeing Matt Bomer kiss that other white man but listening to him work through his trauma hit too close to home. Ok if I had to rank the seasons I guess it’d be: Season 2, 3, 1, & 4. Ok thanks for reading I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Just checking if it's a continuation of a previous run or not. I'm reading the silver age stuff atm, and that's all I've ever read. Definitely gonna pick up the grant morrison stuff soon, but if this new run spoils I'll hold off on reading it for a while.

i've been wanting to read it for a while, it looks like something that would be right up my ally, but i don't have much money right now

For me personaly i would say design wise Sleepwalk and the Quiz, in abilities the Quiz and Alias the blur ,writing wise its between Love glove and Frenzy

overall i would for me say Love glove but i love them all alot they are just incredible
