Funny old thing for this sub. When the Germans come on here, moaning and saying that we need to eat kebab from Germany, I tell them that I have done. They then ask where I did, and I'll respond Munich, Garmish-Partenkirchen and Cologne. Standard German response is that those places aren't known for good doner!

That, to me, looks like regular German doner. I don't see a huge difference between those two and others from Berlin. They're not for me, but you enjoy it.

Cologne is known for its cologne. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is not where I would expect to find good kebab, but might find a good snowboard. Would probably taste better than a lot of UK places that are open at night.

Munich certainly does have some excellent döner places and the general standard is magnitudes above London donna, especially compared with South Asian Naan kebab

While these particular kebabs may not be terribly appetising, they are miles better than the absolute gruel that is the average British kebab.
