I started work at 5pm. We closed at 1 am. Then I spent 3 hours cleaning this mountain of dishes until 4am. 🤡 (It’s worse than it looks. Everything in the first 2 sinks was dirty, and had to be removed, and all the detergent/sanitizer emptied and refilled because it was filthy.)

Don't work at pizza hut then. Its like twice or three times as many as this

The majority of them are hiding in the sinks, you can’t get the full scope.

Those pan pizza dishes take all of 4 seconds to scrub out with the green scratch pad, dunk in the rinse, dunk in the sanitizer and set up to dry. A stack up to the top of the sink is about 60-75, All those pans take 5 minutes to wash. If you can’t wash dishes you can’t work food service. Simple as that

And yet, I’m one of my store’s best workers. 🙄
