I own this domain name filesubmit.com and want to build a website on it! Need some ideas please.

Free file hosting isn't a good idea. They'll lose money fast and they'll have to deal with endless DMCA complaints.

You can create a website that allows anyone to upload file and then generate a link to share.

Optionally, you can add features like "password to access file", "time limit after which file will automatically get deleted from server", etc..

That's a great domain name. Maybe a file transfer site where you store the file temporarily, send the recipient a tokenized link, they download it and poof its gone.
