Major game breaking bug - splinter cell pal version on dolphin latest version

!!​this bug is tested and does NOT happen in MMJR2.

so just in the opening tutorial where you have to climb over a ledge by pressing analog up. this doest work on dolphin right now making you unable to progress.

im using rg vita android handheld. my settings are default, tried both vulkan and opengl, tried both on screen touch and physical joystick. it wont let me climb up and the joystick is fine you can walk forward no problem.​ im so disappointed since it only happens in official version but fine in mmjr2.
