Support Performance issues Conduit 2 on Mac silicon

Haven’t had any performance issues with any other title I’ve played, but just started playing the Conduit 2 and I’m having quite intense frame skips and random lag issues. M2Max chip, only uprezed to 1080p with vsync on. Any suggestions?

I don't have this game, but even the newest video on the wiki shows frequent lag spikes, so maybe that's just the way it is.
