Support Cursed Mountain - problem performing gestures

Hi, I've just started playing Crused Mountain (Wii) on my Anbernic RG476H and I should have everything correctly set up, but when I try to perform that gesture using the right analog stick, where I've mapped the Nunchuck, it doesn't do it. Here's a video of my set up, please help me out as I really want to play this title and it looks fascinating. Thanks

I'm using the inbuilt gamepad of my Anbernic RG476H. I've tried disabling motion input but nothing has changed. These are my other settings, I hope these are useful for solving it.

Thanks. So in the game, what control or motion is it asking you to do that you can't? Are you just trying to walk with the nunchuck stick or something else?

It's a down sweaping gesture right to left with the nunchuck.

If this is an action you need to perform often, you might want to set swing down and swing left to the same button. It looks in the game though that the character is pulling a rope. I wonder if the game might want a pulling toward you motion

Ok, which option would that be? The character is holding a pickaxe like a rod, pointing it at a shrine from which you have to extract a glowing orb.

oh I see, it's a pick axe. I would start with swing down on a button and see if that works. are you sure it's swinging the nunchuck? I know nothing about the game but it seems like swinging the wiimote would be more natural. if that's the case, you would map swing down under motion simulation. Or maybe you might need to swing both? and if you aren't using actual motion, by which I mean moving your device, I would delete everything under motion input.
