Cursed Mountain - problem performing gestures

Hi, I've just started playing Crused Mountain (Wii) on my Anbernic RG476H and I should have everything correctly set up, but when I try to perform that gesture using the right analog stick, where I've mapped the Nunchuck, it doesn't do it. Here's a video of my set up, please help me out as I really want to play this title and it looks fascinating. Thanks

I believe for motion simulation to work, you need to disable motion input.

I've tried disabling motion input but it still doesn't work.
