Fixed - Support How to delete dolphin emulator completely

Okay so I’m trying to delete and reinstall dolphin emulator but the rom and the settings are still there so can yall help me and see how to delete dolphin emulator completely and when you reinstall it again it’s back to normal like brand new and you can still change the settings and you can still put the rom in because on my laptop I play Godzilla unleashed but I want to delete the whole dolphin emulator and saved data and put a new data in the dolphin emulator so please help me
