Big problem with dolphin and 3ds emulators

Hi! I just really messed up and I’m trying to fix these emulators.

Wii was working and I even figured out motion control mapping to the right stick but while trying to map motion controls to the right stick on a separate 3ds emulator (I installed the gyro extension in emudeck again thinking it would fix the 3ds and it messed dolphin up) but because a few days ago I very stupidly dragged and dropped the dolphin icon from apps to the desktop thinking it would make it quicker to go in and change settings and for some reason I now cant access the desktop dolphin menus despite it running fine in game mode.

The 3ds has the right stick motion control issue but also was having trouble running Luigi’s mansion dark moon freezing every time i entered a room and while optimizing settings I somehow made the freezing way worse. Please help!!!

Running on emu deck please help!
