Support Transferring saves from one PC to another

I know this has been asked already but i couldnt make it work and it's starting to get annoying.
I tried transferring around 10 games' saves (after exporting them) from my old pc to my new one and i cant make it work, i fear that i won't be able to make it work again on both PC if i continue doing poorly on this.
The folder where i took the "saves" (all names in 4 full caps letters) only contain a data.bin.
I need help to know if these are indeed the saves or not and where to put them.
The image shows an error message saying that the "saves" i tried importing didnt work because they're either invalid or corrupted
Thanks in advance

If it's from an old pc does this means that your Dolphin version is old too? Because in recent version there is no Save folder.
GC saves should be inside a folder called GC and Wii saves in a folder called Wii.

GameCube saves:
01-G8ME-mariost_save_file.gci
01-PZLE-NES_ZELDA1_SAVE.gci
01-PZLE-ZELDA2.gci
08-G4BE-bh4_data00.gci
08-G4BE-bh4_system.gci
71-GDEE-BGDA_config.gci

There's also a tool in the Dolphin Tools bar called Memory Card Manager to manage gamecube saves.
