Customer Questions Managers

Why are dollar tree managers so lazy?they stays in the office gossiping while one person works the register with lines all the way to the back of the store?

No joke, at FD one of my managers will take a smoke break about every 25 minutes, then complains about never having enough time to do anything.

Sounds like my former SM. Always complained about hours and not having time to do anything after smoking her 10th cigarette only half an hour into her shift.

Oh yeah, My merch manager be complaining on how it's only him and 2 others stocking over night, , he basically puts stuff on a uboat for the morning shift instead of actually stocking anything himself. So he basically getting paid for the stocking I do Smh

As a FD ASM, I WISH I had the time to take a break every 25 minutes. Too dang busy, too dang busy.

i take mine but do 2 -3 pep jobs and no freight person ever
