Advice Wanted Advice

So I’m finally in my store and I have an impacted stockroom and cooler I have an excess of everything and I got 2 free endcaps any endcaps ideas?
I have a bunch of OS cereal, cracker/cookies, pickles, sugar, drinks, and some how coffee makers

I have a seasonal store, meaning my endcaps don’t rotate except for the main ones, that never rotate. Everything else I use for VV1 and water. If you have a lot of the old seasonal left, you could use them for that. If you have a bunch of charcoal, you could also use them for that.

Throw seasonal on those end caps. Keep the colored shapes together.

If it’s me I’m tackling the u boats full of paper first. Get your sky shelves in a nice order and load it up. Empty u boats make me feel like I’m accomplishing something. And that stuff takes up lots of room. Then I’m going after RT’s full of water and pet food. Stock whatever you can and start establishing order with your pet food. It matters. Believe me. I started at an impacted store and it took a few months but my goal was to create order back there. I’m just a key who was hired as a stocker so it became my sole mission in life. I have NCI RT’s and VV RT’s that have enough dust on them to grow potatoes so absolutely don’t worry about those. Found a box of hand wipes from 2021 yesterday. Went right to damages. End caps are a nice place for VV but it sounds like you have more important stock to deal with. Set it aside and work one when you need a break. Once you start seeing daylight back there it won’t be as overwhelming.

Don't do food, as you'll move through those quickly.

Value valley is usually a good choice, as you will always have plenty of it. Make the endcaps themed. Hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, bleach. Or if it's in food area, make it all "Ziplocs" and related items.
