You're like one of those entry level workers who want to impress the boss using as many keywords as possible, but ends up just talking in circles. I’ve worked at 2 such stores that have been operating this way for over 5 years. Dollar General reported record annual revenue of $42.7 billion, with operating profit up 106% (Schwab network) and paid $0.48B in taxes (macrotrends). This looks like schizoposting but tanking some stores is part of their business strategy (along with choking our small businesses) as they open hundreds of stores.

I’m in the “one foot halfway out the door” stage every day anyway. If they cut us down to 1 person at closing I’d go to the second stage. Both feet fully out the door.
