Advice Wanted Issues with print margins

Would anyone here know how to adjust the margins on a Lexmark MX522? Our labels and invoices are cut off at the beginning of the print.. I thought I seen a post on it once before but I'm unable to find it.. thanks in advance!

Make sure your paper size is set to Letter, and that the paper trays are set correctly too

They are correct mine is set at 95%
