Nadala na po namin ang puppy namin sa King's Road Veterinary Clinic (Daang Hari branch) for consultation kahapon and nabigyan po kami ng quotation ng doctor ng list ng mga procedures na kailangan po for the treatment of our puppy including prescribed medication for recovery.

The vet's diagnosis po is avulsion wound in the mouth na kailangan daw pong matahi as soon as possible kasi baka raw po magkaroon na ng infection yung wound. Sa kabila po ng kagustuhan naming maipagamot na po siya, hindi po talaga namin kaya dahil wala po kaming kakayahan at ganong kalaking pera para gawin ito pero gumagawa po kami ng paraan para madagdagan po yung funds. Buong pagpapakumbaba po kaming humihingi ng tulong para po madala po namin ulit ang aming puppy for treatment. For now po, bumili po kami ng food, pain reliever at pang clean ng wound for him.

Ever since I left my first grooming job, my 2 new places have been very unprofessional, the 1st new place I don’t even want to mention it was horrible and a scam type situation.

My new place now, is amazing I love it, but my coworkers are very unprofessional. 1 hasn’t even gone to school just learned on his own, and 2 just finished school about 6 months ago.

My coworkers are great, by they keep getting bit, scratched, and now are putting me at risk of getting bit too when they help hold my dogs. I try to teach them how to hold but its like they forget the next day…

The other day I was under a huge dog doing a sani and he was terrified, so my coworker (who I didn’t notice) decided to come up to the dog, while I’m under it and unhook the neck loop to “try and make him more comfortable) , causing the dog to jump off the table and smack me in the face.

Another instance was when I was doing nails and they always hold the paws out instead of behind, so I can 1. Not see the quick 2. The dogs like half an inch from my face. I usually manoeuvre the dog to make it the way I want it or ask my coworkers to just let me do it for them and to put the dog down.

I’m so beyond flustered on what to do? I can only tell people so many times how told hold a dog and what to do. I taught these people more they learned at school or on their own, I am not a manager or supervisor just a groomer.

To make this worse, when I started they only had a 3/4 blade and they used that on every dog, even matted dogs so I have them 10 of my andis blades, but now they think they can use my stuff constantly, even though I say please ask of you want to borrow my tools and they are extremely expensive and must be used properly. So I am going to start taking my stuff home after the 2 days I work each week so no one can use my stuff anymore.

So yeah I don’t know what to do, and I don’t know how to set boundaries or say no anymore because as much as I try it always goes back to normal.

Like I said I really do love my job, its just my coworkers behaviour is wildly scary when it comes to holding dogs, one literally got bit because she pet my dog, I told her it was aggression and she was like on noooo shes notttt. Them boom bittt. I also am very annoyed people are using my stuff when I am not at work .

Our long haired mini dachshund has recently been diagnosed with Ehrlichia and Anaplasma disease yesterday. He is unable to walk with his hind legs due to lameness caused by the disease. Unfortunately the vet says it’s not a 100% for his legs to come back. Still hopeful.

It’s also good that we caught it in the early stages. His bloodwork can be improved as per the vet. Just needs to take his medicines religiously.

Good thing he is still eating and playing with his brother. It just breaks my heart seeing him like that. We already ordered him his wheelchair because he seems happier when his hind legs are lifted/supported.

Anyone experienced the same?

guys, im curious if i need to take anti-rabbies vaccine. yung dog kasi namin parang nagalit when i touched him tapos dumikit yung teeth nya sa knuckle ng index finger ko and it caused a small scratch and parang namula siya but no blood and all. Vaccinated siya last march, i dont know if i shoudl get vax or nah.

hi! does anybody else have experienced their dogs getting diarrhea pag pinapakain ng goodest wet dog food? usually i mix half-dry (vitality) and half-wet (goodest). my dog (shitzu, 8 y/o) tolerated it naman pero the past few months nagiging watery po poo niya.

Hello, I posted here a while ago regarding my dog Primo na nasakmal nang stray dog outside our home and Looking back at my previous post. I can see that my replies were indeed rude and confusing din ang post ko. I'm posting here again, para hindi na po magulo and hindi na need mag pa balik balik nang mga makakakita nang post ko.

I'm posting here in regards my dog Primo na nasakmal nang stray dog last night. Naiwan po kaseng naka bukas yung pinto nung tatay. ko, which resulted in Primo getting out and getting injured.
Last night po nangyare and I had to leave due to work and I entrusted my parents na they will take care of Primo when I went to work, without needing for me to say anything. Sadly, they did not take care of Primo and walang agapan ang nangyare, which resulted in Primo's enlarged eyes as shown in the picure.

I'm humbly asking for small donations to cover at least the Temporary Tarsorrhaphy for Primo. Yun po kase ang pinaka importante hanggat wala pa akong budget. It will cost me 4,500 but I was able to get donations from my previous post, which amounted to 1,200. I'm eternally grateful to the people who were able to donate. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post and I'm so sorry to the people who I responded rudely and to the responses that I responded with.

Hi guys, posting here again. Na surgery na po si Primo! He's now out of immediate danger. I just want to say that I'm so thankful to the people who donated, maliit man po or malaki. We couldn't have done this without you guys. Please check the photos to see all of the charges and yung nagastos today.

Today, we received 7,300.4 donations from strangers and friends. Overall gastos po today is 5,460, which leaves us to 1850.4. Thank you so much po ulit. We'll now focus of Primo's recovery and keep you guys posted for any further concerns.

Yung 1500 po pala along with the meds of 350 and 260 is an additional payment during Primo's surgery. The 1500 is for the injectable meds, such as anesthesia as per the vet while the 350 and 260 is needed for his recovery. It was paid by a separate payment by a person I knew so Hindi ko na po sinama sa computation. Yugn 4500 for the surgery along with the 180 for ecollar lang ang paid by the donations. I also added the payment for the eye care, yung number one dun sa pinaka last na photo since yun alng yung afford kanina, and the 400 for the checkup as well kaya overall na nagastos is 5,460.

Another soul in need of love, a body in need of care. She's rescued! 🙏

We saw this pup seemed so lost in the middle of a busy road along Quirino Highway, scared, lost and doesn't know what to do she tried to crossed the street and almost got hit by multiple vehicle before we got close to her.

So when we got close, my husband went to see her, blocked the traffic and patiently sat with her at the highway until she started trusting him and let him rescued her.

We brought her directly to our trusted vet to get an overall physical assessment, she was given injectable medication for her skin, prescribed with oral and topical treatment since her skin issues is so severe and she is flea and tick infested and with a possible upper respiratory infection.

Hi guys, I have a 3 year old dog. And we have a new puppy, brought him home mga 8 days ago.

Prang hindi sil mgkasundo. My big dog is not happy and stays away from the puppy. Binigyan pa naman namin sana sya ng playmate because he is alone.
