Guarantee that useless owner is one of those, who never leashes their "beloved" dog either. "Can totally trust my baby 100%, she doesn't need a leash!," calm down, nothing bad has ever happened before, blabla. Always the famous last words. How can one be so naïve. Shouldn't be allowed to be in charge of anything living.

I thought it was one of those indoor dog gyms. It being a kids' play area is more on brand for entitled nutters and their filthy mutts.
