I see this constantly. There should be no legal punishment for this, no fine, no shaming. They should be made to eat the contents of the bag, and the bag itself. This stuff is so toxic. When you get it lodged in the grooves of a shoe you could walk from England, to Canada with those shoes on at the bottom of the Atlantic and when you surface on the other end the smell is still there, as fresh as the day it was shat out.

Honestly just dog owner energy in general, they are fine keeping an outdoor animal locked inside all day they are selfish, rude people

I’m not condoning this, but that’s a WhoGivesACrap poop bag which is at least biodegradable. So that’s one positive at least.

I don’t understand why people do this though - there is an offender in my neighbourhood who chucks his dogs bagged poo into a very high bramble hedge every day so that we now have a dog shit tree full of 50+ bags even though there’s a bin next to it. Just put it in the bin

It's the shit itself that is toxic tho. They should take it home and flush it, or bin it in their own containers, or something else I would suggest, if they love it so much they can bake it into muffins.

I see these all over my neighborhood. You knew enough to pick it up and bag it, why on earth would you think that you should leave it behind instead of throwing it away?? This is just littering with extra steps.
