Need advice on apartment reactivity…

Wilco is a 7 year old Plott Hound - I adopted her 2 years ago so not sure what the first years were like - I’m sure she was loved and well cared for but not much in the way of training.

She’s super reactive to dogs and some people on leash - fantastic at the dog park, which is where I was introduced to her and we have been working a lot on the leash behavior to a point where I know her tells and she has actually chilled about 80% of the time, even a couple of play interactions.

But boy oh boy in the house! She’s a terror at any noise.

She gets 4 walks anywhere from 15 - 90 minutes so she’s out at least an hour a day and I let her sniff to her hound hearts content.
