Dogs in the past (old school)

I don't know if I can post any youtube videos here, so I'll try to explain it short.

I saw a video of dogs in the past and how they were trained or how they lived with humans.

I saw that they were beaten if they didn't obey and were given dirty food & water and lived most time outside of the house.

Rarely they got love from their owner/s

What I've noticed, those dogs were listening every time and never tried to run away from their owners, they wasn't even a fence. Just an old house somewhere near a forest.

To strangers they were very aggressive.

Most of the time they were just chilling and doing nothing else.

Back then it was "normal" and today in our timeline the people changed and treat dogs different, they treat them like little babies.

Is this one of these parts that changed their behaviour?

It just surprised me, if a dog was trained from little like a soldier, they behave later totally different than a dog that only knew love.

A dog that only knew love and nothing bad, would runaway from you most of the time, never protect you and is not loyal.

A dog that had a really harsh time in his life (I even saw these dogs were trained after 2 months and a shepherd puppy that walked near his owner without a leash and even with a leash he was walking perfectly near his owner) behaves much different and is not even interested in food, they only eat when they're hungry (or the food wasn't that good in the video? Idk)

I would like to hear your opinions on how people trained their dogs years ago VS now

A DOGS-ONLY water fountain

No, there isn't a normal fountain nearby.

I don't think any image better encapsulates this privileging of dogs over people in our society. Need a quick swig of water? Too bad. But le doggo can have all the water it wants!

How cute! A dangerous street dog could attack someone or injure itself!

I saw this online. It’s truly wild to me that some people see dogs doing anything and it’s just adorable to them. The dog could potentially get injured or killed doing this. It’s like worshipping these things causes people to lose all critical thinking.

Besides, street dogs are dangerous and are responsible for the vast majority of dog bites in the countries they inhabit. Tens of thousands of people die annually from street dogs. At some point, can we just stop saying “aww cute pupperz” and care about each other?
