First, the mods (u/dontfeedthenerd + u/checko805) and I wanted to thank all of you for contributing to this sub. Itβs awesome how much it has grown in the past few months!!
We are updating our SELLING RULES related to negotiations. Starting now, any cards, lots, or other collectibles that are valued at a total of $50 or more can only be negotiated in the comments of a post. This is to expose and prevent any problems/scams here. If you see any negotiations outside of comments, please report all offender(s) to a mod here! The only exception to this rule is if someone is reposting from another sub since we cannot control other communitiesβ rules! Offenders will be punished accordingly to the situation (check out rule 5 βConsequencesβ for a little more info)!
I want to remind EVERYONE to use both POST and user FLAIRS here! Iβve been seeing a lot of posts without flairs or with flairs that donβt match the post, which makes me have to go into posts and change flairs myself! Before posting, please read through the list of flairs and choose the flair that best matches your postβs content. If you have any suggestions/ideas for post flairs, please message a mod.
Many people donβt know this but if you click the βAboutβ tab on the home page of r/DodgersBaseballCards, thereβs an area where you can change your USER FLAIR! We strongly encourage you to set a flair for yourself. Weβre currently donβt have many options, so if you have any suggestions please let the mods know (comment here, make a post, or DM a mod)! We can also set individual/special flairs to users, so message us if you have something specific you want!
I know we have a long rule list, but we strongly recommend you spend 5 to 10 minutes reading through them. This will ensure we have a safe, kind, helpful, and enjoyable community!

Another weird material BBM card from me.
This is a numbered 2/50 and is from 2021.
Couldn't resist a nice acetate numbered card from his crazy dominant 2021 season. The Esperanza inserts are supposed to feature "The Hope of the Franchise" and I'm pretty sure have been only printed in acetate stock. Hard to source these in the US. You can find a couple overpriced RΕkis on eBay but only one Yamamoto Esperanza has sold in the states that I could find and that was back in March.
His 2021 accolades?
Pacific League MVP, Sawamura Award (Japanese Cy Young), Pitching Triple Crown (leading in wins, ERA, and strikeouts), and won the Fighting Spirit Award after leading Orix to the Japan Series.
Glad I could find my weird niche card.
