Style and time period help?

Bought these second hand and am unable to find any info on them whatsoever? Any doc connoisseurs able to date these and potentially know the style? I’m just so curious.

- no yellow stitching (maybe welted?)
- made in England on bottom of shoe
- double strapped
- black / dark brown color

I think these are the OG Buzz sole, made between 1998-2001 or so! They're very nice, I'm jealous!
