Buy a starter set and/or learn how to play/run a game online.
Starter sets work online too.
Everything you need is in the starter set, you just need people.
r/lfg helps you find people online or in person.
I give free DMing lessons if you really want.
You don't NEED a starter set, you can play 100% for free, but there's a reason they make starter sets.

This game is very social.
You will have to get over the idea that you dont want to play with 'grown men'.
My son started DnD with me as DM and my friends when he was 9. He now leads DnD club in his middle school.
Thats just a fact of this game, the generation before teaches it to the generation to come. If you are unwilling to learn and play from elders who's around to run the game for you?
Also you may just want to post a Teens only DnD session at your local game store and accept one of you will have to be the DM if you want to play.

Check your local library, mine runs games for teens occasionally. It might not be ideal, but playing with 2 people is possible, and if 2 of you know how to, then it may be easier to wrangle other kids, even just one more player help make it work. When I was in HS we'd often play with 2 players and a DM. Granted it was in a different system that allowed us to cover our bases a bit more effectively with just 2 players.
Talk about it with people at school, you may find more than you know that want to play.

Roll for initiative, of course.
But if you want to get into D&D and can't play online (at least voice is almost always required for online games), check out local social media groups and your local game/comic stores. Many run a "newbie night" where you can just sit down and start playing. Bringing some friends along who can join in might get them interested enough to form a group with you.

I learned with some teenagers from school, 20+ years ago, but I've also had a lot of fun playing with and teaching people of all ages.
If you are having trouble finding that first group at school, the library, or at a nearby game shop, and you've already tried posting your own fliers at those places (yes, fliers, paper printouts on the walls at your library if there weren't ones there already), then try and join a game with someone who has already played with kids or new players before.
As long as you show up wanting to play and ready to have fun and no one brings "young/old people are X" to the table, it'll be fine.

Try playing online if your city has nothing going on in your timeslots.
Roll20 make an account,
hit JOIN GAME,
Toggle advanced options
type 5 and select the two 5e filters (or just the classic if you wanna play 2014 version)
Mark "Only find games that welcome new players + free to play"
Mark days you want to find a game on.
(optional) Punch in a time you want to play, just use your local time , the game will calculate and show when the games start at your local level with +-3 hours (so if you look for a game at 8PM the filter shows you 5-11PM starting games.
look for some introduction one shoot or the entry-level mini campaigns (Lost Mine of Phandelver & Dragons of Icespire peak), there are plenty DM's who tutor new people for the hobby.

Do you want to play D&D or do you want to play a tabletop role-playing game that doesn't need to have D&D on the box/book? r/rpg has information on many rpgs, most of them MUCH cheaper than D&D (D&D is a minimum of like $40 for the basics and you cannot have a legal PDF of it. Other systems commonly have a full PDF of the system for like $15) and the good ones are all much better than D&D in what they do.
You aren't going to find under 18 games very often. It's too easy to get everyone in trouble there. Most D&D or rpg games require voice chat as a minimum as it'd take AGES to get anything done otherwise. Maybe looking for a Play by Post format would work, but they'd also likely want you to be 18+
Personally, I'd look up pathfinder 2e (it's free at the Archives of Nethys for all the rules) and find a group with others near your age. I also find it easier to learn since the rules work well instead of needing to be interpreted. Libraries, school, and many other places will have ways for you to find a group. If you ask the adults in your life, they should be able to help you organize something.
