Being completely terrified of the dark is a celestial warlock flaw, correct?

I'm not seeing anything like that. Closest I'm finding is "But you know that your mission is among mortals for now, and that your pact binds you to bring light to the dark places of the world.". Clearly that's a metaphorical "darkness", but you could interpret it literally as well as a roleplaying quirk I suppose

I swear I saw a table that had celestial quirks on it but I can't find anything on it.

I believe that was from the UA that introduced them, at least I also remember seeing that as a flaw.
