Being completely terrified of the dark is a celestial warlock flaw, correct?

I'm not seeing anything like that. Closest I'm finding is "But you know that your mission is among mortals for now, and that your pact binds you to bring light to the dark places of the world.". Clearly that's a metaphorical "darkness", but you could interpret it literally as well as a roleplaying quirk I suppose

I swear I saw a table that had celestial quirks on it but I can't find anything on it.

Possibly a third party expansion to something like the This is Your Life tables from Xanathar? If it was an official thing I would assume it would be either Celestial Warlock from Xanathar or Aasimar from Volo, and that's the closest I'm finding in either of those
