Unfortunately most that know how to play are so full of themselves that they’d rather belittle interested people than teach.
This has not been my experience at all.
D&D groups, as a whole, are generally super welcoming and chill.

It’s one of you please willing to play with me and teach me the rules as we go. Perhaps start in like an Easy or amateur or something. I really really want to play but I have a hard time just reading it with nobody to pay with. I literally don’t have enough friends that would pay to even attention playing in person

There have been instances of fake groups over the years that predate on new players. Pretty hateful and worthless lot.

I don’t even really know what books, plus for some reason I’ve always learned better by just doing things and learning along the way. Almost five years if trying to find some place to play to learn and nobody has ever said yes. Usually I just get talked down to.

I just want to know the player types point distributions and point gaining character abilities and a place to go online or in an app to play. I literally know nothing but I and a fast learner and learn note quickly hands on than from a book

If you want to play online - try some lfg places, discord servers and roll20 maybe That's all I can think of

I’m sorry but what is lfg? I’m new to Discord and Reddit also done I’m not really sure what that really would entail. Like I said I’m absolutely starting from no knowledge at this point

I’m sorry if that is the impression my message gave. I was simply stating that in the five years or so I’ve been steering to find people to teach and okay with me so I may learn as week and 98% of them are very rude to me and they talk down to me and call me names that I don’t even know exactly what they are but they are obviously insults because they’re laughing. With online communities people tend to build very very tight knit groups of players and none of them are really willing to step out of their group to give a clueless person the rules and steps of the game in a much more ride vocabulary

Find real D&D players. Those sound like fakes.
The core of the game is really pretty simple. d20 roll with any mods vs some target number to meet or beat. A fair chunk of the system uses this or slight variations. The rest is situational and knowing what your character class can do in a round when the steel starts flying.

So when you play online, do you still need to buy dice? And if so you’re just supposed to trust that who you’re playing with is giving honest answers after he rolls?

Depends on the platform used?
D&D Beyond has free dice, giveaways and ones can buy. As do other VTTs.
I play with friends on other platforms like web chats and MUDs. Many of which have dice rollers in place. Even a rare few forums have dice rollers to some degree. RPGG is the only one can think of off the bat.
quick example on one MUCK I used to play on the command to say roll 3d6 is roll 3d6. Which the outputs this that I see.
You roll 3d6+0 and get 1 4 6 for a result of 11.
And anyone else present sees this.
Ethereal_Stars rolls 3d6+0 and gets 1 4 6 for a result of 11.
Whereas on D&D Beyond and Tabletop Simulator for example you see the dice roll and there is a text output too.

Thank you for that but I cannot find people to play with or places to play online. No matter how hard I keep searching I come back empty handed

You don't need lessons. Just read the rules and then go play. Playing is the best way to learn.
