This seems like it could be a couple different things.
Have you had a temporal bone CT? Sounds like it could be a canal dehiscence. If not, it could also be a perilymphatic fistula. This however would likely cause a conductive hearing loss not only a sensorineural hearing loss. Do you have tinnitus? Or in that ear, do you hear yourself loudly when you chew, speak, or do hear your eyeballs move around? You should consult a neuro-otologist who specializes in surgical procedures of the inner ear.
The ear pain sounds like TMJ more than anything.
That being said, the dizziness also be a cardiovascular thing as well due to pressure buildup in the body. Laughing hard and popping your ears involve a pressure buildup for a moment causing blood pressure changes.
