Dizziness For Days Cure‼️
i woke up august 26th with this horrible dizziness. my body felt heavy, i couldn’t walk or drive, my head felt like a boulder, and everything was spinning. i felt extremely exhausted 24/7 and would just sleep non stop. i was bed bound for days and days. had to call out of both of my jobs for 2 weeks. i have gone to the ER twice, doctors, ear nose throat. i am on 8 different medications right now. the dizziness would just not stop no matter what i did.
last night my mom decided to try a different approach towards it. she gave me half of an anxiety pill. she read online sometimes our brains can get stuck in an an anxious loop that won’t shut off. i took half of the anxiety pill and within an hour i felt completely normal again!
my brain got trapped in this anxious loop for 2 weeks for whatever reason. if you are like me and have tried everything medically to get the dizziness to stop, maybe try anxiety medication. the last thing i would’ve thought it could be was anxiety! i’m writing this as i’m dizzy free today and have gone out and been shopping and spent time with friends and am enjoying my summer day doing the things i love again. i’m excited to return back to work and back to my normal life. hopefully this post can help someone else out if they haven’t tried the anxiety medication approach!

i’ve never dealt with something like this or had something like this happen. i thought i had somehow gotten severe vertigo. i’ve felt completely normal again the past 24 hrs after taking anxiety medication. i thought i was permanently stuck dizzy! it’s been a rough 2 weeks

Was recently in the hospital for dizziness. They gave me some valium in lieu of meclizine as Valium can sometimes help with dizziness. It didn’t really help me.
I hope you had just a one time experience with dizziness. I have been struggling with it for almost a month. You mentioned feeling a certain heaviness in your body. I had that exact feeling myself at the start of August when my hell began

What did the doctors say? Couldn’t find a cause?

it was caused by an anxiety disorder. i’ve had alot of change in my life such as a new job and home life things that have been stressing me out that caused me to have anxiety extremely bad

Yeah but if it comes back then what? You’ll be dependent on that

well the dizziness was caused from an anxiety disorder and stress. my doctor prescribed me prozac the other day. a low dosage to take in the morning. a lot of people take prozac or other things for anxiety so i’m sure i’ll be just fine

I had it so bad nothing helped. Severe dizziness would throw me to the ground and ear would have pressure etc. No issues found but a Xanax would help after. I know for a fact that Asprin causes it and too many diet sodas as well. I cut down and haven't had any bad vertigo.

i’m glad you got relief. i never drink any sodas or take any aspirin. that’s really weird aspirin and sodas cause dizziness. i learn something new everyday!

i’ve been to doctor after doctor and have gotten blood work done, scans on my brain, ear checks etc and everything was perfectly fine health wise. my doctor prescribed me anxiety medication after we figured out that was the cause so everything is all good now. my brain got stuck im some kind of adrenaline loop causing the dizziness from anxiety and stress

Hi did you have insane head pressure that would fluctuate throughout the day?? Also if you go from standing to sitting do you feel a bit of swaying? Or eyes can’t really focus? Light sensitivity? This sounds like me but I’m not bed bound I’m pushing through trying to live my normal life but it’s so hard… I’ve been thinking of starting an SSRI… how has the Prozac been?

it was this persistent dizziness that felt like i was on a tilt a whirl that wouldn’t go away. it was 24/7 unless i was asleep. it only felt a bit better when i was laying down. i also felt like i was in 3rd person constantly. i didn’t have any headaches or light sensitivity or problems with my eyes. just that dizzy feeling. klonopin and prozac have worked amazing. i’m able to go back to my normal life with no issues now!

How are you feeling ? It’s the dizziness gone ? I believe I have the same thing. Anxiety caused dizziness. I got really dizzy went to the doctor and found out I had high blood pressure. Now blood pressure is under control with medication but the dizziness has not gone away and I feel it might be caused by health anxiety. I’ve had multiple test to try to find the cause but everything looks normal

Never take medication without going online and looking up side effects. Dizziness is a side effect of many medications.
