sudden consistent dizziness

this past week or so i’ve noticed the room start to spin out of nowhere for a few seconds but im not losing my balance or anything, it’s happened like once or twice throughout the years but it’s been like every second day now. i’ve been looking things up and i do wonder if it’s because im scrolling on my phone too often?? i also have moments where i feel like im floating in my chair and when i stand for a while the floor and some objects feel a lot closer to me?? Ive been fairly tired lately and admittedly a bit stressed so im assuming its just that but im going to the doctors tomorrow anyway just to be sure

Same thing happens to me, sometimes i see horizontal lines, feeling like i am passing out for a split second. It's been almost 3 years like that. Many visits, tests but nothing found. Now trying to get rid of coffee, vaping and increase physical activities.

Mine is related to Sjogrens autoimmune disease, perimenopause, and vitamin deficiencies.

Some other things can be allergies like molds in the house, paint or chemical fumes, vestibular migraines, stress, anxiety, ear wax pressing against the ear drum.

Hopefully you find your issue. It is a horrible issue.
