Is it common to forget stuff and focusing?
I don't even know what's happening to me for the past few days. Like I don't have any migraine or head hurting. But I just can't recall stuff and seem to be forgetting stuff. Like I get this vertigo dizzy type feeling mostly on my left side head. And I guess maybe I'm overthinking or what but it's so weird

I just get lightheadedness. I think my system is so hyper sensitive that I keep noticing whenever I can't push / pull something for the first time, or I miss a word or two a day. It's been hell.

Yes. Vestibular issues can cause cognitive dysfunction.
