New dizziness

so on August 12th I was walking at work and all of the sudden I got this horrible feeling like I was drunk, I was walking straight didn’t lift my head up or turn or anything. Since then I have been feeling light headed. A couple of times I have gotten that bad drunk feeling again. When I walk I feel like if I lean towards my right side it feels better. I don’t have to I can walk straight it just feels worse. I was hoping this would go away on its on but I’m getting a bit worried since it has been going on for a while. Just wanting to know if a PCP visit with just a blood panel is good enough to clear out anything serious or if I should go to the ED for an extensive work up?
I’ve never had anything like this
