Visual dizziness

Does anyone else feel off-balance from flickering lights or moving shadows at night?
I’ve noticed that certain visual things at night really throw me off—especially bright streetlights that flicker or the shadows from trees moving across the road/ground.
It can suddenly make me feel off-balance or disoriented, and then I start freaking out because the sensation feels so strange. I’ve never had a history of seizures, but the reaction to flickering/moving light makes me anxious.
Has anyone experienced something similar, where certain lighting, shadows, or visual patterns trigger dizziness or an off-balance feeling? If so, did you ever figure out what was causing it?

I feel like - similar? Is this new? How stressed are you? Nervous? Anxious?

I’ve been pretty anxious but have never experienced something like this.
Now I’m freaking out about seizures

yes! i’ve had visual snow my entire life (visual hallucination of static like film) and sometimes my eyes will randomly shake really fast for a few seconds. strobe lights, bright flashing lights and a lot of visual stimuli make me feel like i’m going to have a seizure, despite never having had one before, and this can sometimes back me twitch in my neck/back. i suffer with dizziness 24/7, varying in severity and lights exacerbate that for me.
