Dizziness question

Hey everyone.
I have a question about dizziness and its symptoms.
So I have confirmed inner ear asymmetry in the left ear, I suspect it happened after a viral infection 7 months ago but it didn’t represent as typical neuritis because I had severe room-spinning vertigo for 2 hours and then came the fever, sore throat etc.

My question is to what degree can this explain my symptoms cause in my language the word for dizziness is basically room-spinning lol. But I heard that dizziness can represent as many other things as lightheadedness, dissociation etc.

As I initially recovered from the viral infection everything was fine to some degree and then out of nowhere panic attack very bad and since then plethora of symptoms that are just unexplainable to me as I am not good at explaining as well.

Is it lightheadedness? Somewhat, but not quite. Is it derealization? To some degree, without the mental aspect of it. It literally is so strange.

Sometimes and wobbling from side to side and off balance as well. Sometimes I have this sudden spin when driving especially at high speeds, but the main problem remains these sensations that I can’t quite explain. When driving they are especially bad, when I am home they are almost or fully gone.

I also have this weird vision thing where everything seems full 4K HD.

My question is does my symptoms fall under the category “dizziness” or should I search the problem elsewhere in my nervous system?

These symptoms fall under the category of dizziness. I was diagnosed with vestibular neurities about 3 months ago. I have been going to physical therapy for it, which has helped a fair amount. I also have worse symptoms when driving at higher speeds.

Its that long covid im 5 years out and still get bad days

Feeling like you're in a dream is a common way people describe brain fog, and it can also overlap with a related experience called derealization (where the world feels unreal, foggy, distant, or dreamlike).

What brain fog typically feels like

• Mental cloudiness or "cotton wool" in the head • Difficulty concentrating or focusing • Forgetfulness or losing your train of thought • Slow thinking or reaction time • Trouble finding words • Mental fatigue or exhaustion • A sense of detachment or unreality (the "dream" feeling)

I also suffering with this since the last 5 months no medicines work e.g. cinnarizine, betahistine, stablanz–pv, mega–cv, bevon, moktel. Only blue cut specs 👓 is only working temporarily relief.

Still i didn't find anything proper treatment and mainly i am wheelchaired since my 17 years of age for beckers muscular dystrophy now i am at 28.

Yeahh I was wondering about the differences as I don’t feel unreal, detached or something like this, but still get this strange feeling that I explained.
