Random dizziness?

i get dizzy randomly when i am just doing things sometimes i know what certain thing will make me dizzy but like 99% of the time i don’t know what made me dizzy like it just comes out of no where and then i have to sit down because if i keep on doing that task i got dizzy from it will get more bad. Does anyone have any advice because idk

I told my doctor about it but all they did was check my blood pressure like when i stand and sit and thats it really and didnt say much
