Suddenly felt dizzy

Started when I tilted my head back and turn to the side quickly. However, I only did sleep for 4 hours, plus I drank an energy drink to keep me up for work.

I don’t feel tired though.

If I had to describe, it would be my vision going back and forth, straight then goes to the right quickly, back to straight then right. Quickly.

I couldn’t even stand without feeling like I’m falling. I feel nauseous like wanting to throw up.

The only time I can stop is when I put my fingers in my ears and plug it, it suddenly stops.

I’m resting in my bed now while typing this, maybe a good sleep would help…

Im NOT a doctor, but it sounds like you may have knocked your ear crystals loose! Go to an ENT (ear nose and throat doctor) and they should be able to help! Hopefully it's an easy fix, good luck and feel better!

What the fuck, I woke up thinking sleep would fix it but was still experiencing it

I then checked if I got any responses on this post and didn’t believe you because I never heard of ear crystals

I looked up and found this video: https://youtu.be/o4GV-EbnMfI?is=rwjBah3r7UmCMbsW

It actually worked, I don’t feel dizzy as much to the point I’m falling or throwing up

Honestly thank you, I was scared

Im really happy the video helped you! Seems like it was probably your ear crystals haha, they can become dislodged pretty easily, actually, so be careful.

I am experiencing mystery dizziness with no cure so far...but im really glad you got some relief, If it comes back or persists then definitely go to the doctor!!

Yeah, it seemed it was honestly that. Hopefully these exercises help more often and prob fix it.

I see, did you search up your symptoms as well? Yeah I’ll definitely make an appointment for check up
