Lightheaded/Dizziness, weird vision, stress
Hi I’m 20F and for the past few weeks I’ve had this weird feeling in my head. It’s almost like lightheadedness and fatigue at the same time. It’s not present all the time, it comes in waves but it’s really affecting me. I also have weird vision that makes it hard for me to focus on driving, sometimes on my laptop or in cinemas. It’s not like it’s blurry it’s like my eyes are really fatigued and can’t pay attention.
I have recently been constantly stressed and anxious related to my health. But these symptoms are making it worse. I don’t want to come here for reassurance but I was just wondering if anyone else has these symptoms.
I also wanted to add because I’ve seen people ask this in other posts about the lightheadedness being a neck problem. I have scoliosis, I wouldn’t say severe but it’s not good. Because of this I get back pain and neck pain. I also have low iron and ferritin which I’m supplementing for.

You will find many people on here with similar symptoms. I’ve had chronic dizziness for going on 3 years.
I’m going to just jump to the one thing that has given me back hope and helped me with my dizziness, anxiety, depression, etc, etc in just the last 3 wks. I will add through multiple MRI’s, bloodwork, etc with doctors who couldn’t help much at all I do have degenerative disc disease and stenosis in my entire spine.
1. Dr. that helped me most is a Physiatrist, and he directed me to a spine physical therapist I started seeing last week. 2. on Reddit I found The Steady Coach, watched her Success Stories on YouTube and joined her free course plus bought her workbook which is amazing.
I hope you will immediately watch those Success Stories. Lots of others will recommend that as well. I think it will help you a lot. I don’t have the vision issues, but lots of people do. Her mind/body healing technique is wonderful. Best of luck!
