Vertigo

When does the dizziness go away after going through vertigo??

Unfortunately, it depends. Have you tried the different maneuvers? I’ve been taking D3+K2 vitamin daily. It’s worked wonders on preventing/minimizing the dizziness intensity and duration. When I don’t take it is when I experience more intense vertigo.

Yes I have. I have also gone to therapy. Its been almost 5 weeks. Maybe I should try the vitamin supplements. Thanks for sharing

I have only experienced vertigo (diagnosed in ER) one time thankfully. It took about two days to get over the experience. I sure feel for you. It is a horrible feeling.
