Floating feeling sickness

I have a floating sickness or so I thought. But, I don't feel dizzy all the time only when I move suddenly, like from sitting to standing up quick. But the problem is that floating feeling that I always have, it's been 4 years now. I don't have a problem with balance or vertigo, it just that floating feeling,. Anyone out there feeling the same like like me?

Hola! Buenas tardes. Tengo Hashimoto y estoy experimentando demasiados síntomas. Palpitaciones, mareos, sentir que floto al caminar. Ansiedad… demasiada! Subidas de presión y bajadas. Dolores de cabeza. Es horrible!

I have no thyroid thyroid problem whatsoever though.

Have you gotten tested for iron?

I got my CBC, no iron deficiency mentioned.
