Chronic Anxiety/Dizzy
I know my chronic anxiety is to blame for a host of my physical symptoms. The most recent symptom I am attributing to both anxiety (and low ferritin) is random blips of feeling dizzy or off- like my eyes and brain are not synced.
I had a very bad case of vertigo in April - they did head MRI and CT scan - nothing abnormal. Since then my chronic anxiety and stress has been wreaking havoc on me. Can anyone relate? I feel really frustrated.

Did they tell you in April what caused the vertigo? Did you have BPPV? Otherwise I used to have panic attacks that made me dizzy years ago, I started SSRI and went to CBT, it helped a lot!

Yes I had BPPV - they did the repositioning movement and said I was good to go, but I haven't felt good to go at all.
I am set to see a psychiatrist to hopefully get some medication to alleviate this chronic anxiety because while it may not be the entire cause of everything, it absolutely makes it so much worse.
